One pack is for aligning ferrules for big game bent butt rods. After you finish wrapping your rod aligning a ferrule can be a very stressful job. With our jig, simply glue up your ferrule and wipe it clean. Slot our jig on and use either our bubble level or stick to align it to your guides. Use 2 rubber bands on the hooks to keep your ferrule from backing off with hydraulic pressure. It also has a threaded top to hold your knot securely while your epoxy dries. The ferrule jigs also have an extended base so you can chuck up a rod blank with a ferrule already glued. A must have for big game rod builders.
Our gimbel jig works the same way, after you finish wiping your gimbel clean simply pop it on and align away.
Our gimbel kit currently fits a 23 and 27 and our big gsme ferrule kits cover a #2 and #4 bent butt ferrule.
