Refund policy

We cover all workmanship and safe handling/shipping of our products. If there is any issue we will cover the shipping the first time. A second time within the same warranty period the customer is required to pay half the 2nd shipping. We warranty everything for 2 years for workmanship and materials. We do not cover misuse and mishandling of products in any form. Plastic is still malleable and leaving heavy objects leaning on them for months can and will warp them. All our products are designed to live comfortable under 120F in a garage. Our motors we do advanced replacement so you are not out of a unit for work, However we do take a 100$ refundable deposit when the broken one is received.

If you are not happy with your purchase we will take returns under 30 days as long as the object is in like new condition. If the object has noticeable wear where we cant resell it as B stock, I Cannot accept a return. Laser etched items will have a 50% restocking fee as I'm forced to reprint them.
