Our thread carraiges slide on all metal bearings that need no adjustment. We use stainless steel open loops in 6 different positions. Strong magnets to hold your razors and cutters. Reverse polarized magnets set the tension pushing your thread spool again a real carbon drag. Just like your fishing reel, these drags are butter smooth and reliable. Quickly swap threads with our knobs and get back to wrapping by remembering how large of a gap you used on each spool. Our carraige does not have a tension rod for reversing you must manually reverse the spools by hand.
We offer 3 models of carraige, a 2, 4 and 6 thread carrage. The bottom rung on our carraiges can accommodate large cones for factories or bulk wrappers with the added option. The cone option will extend your bottom bar out aswell as include 2 cone spacers that has 2 bearings for centering the cones. We include a spacer for most cones (alps, gudebrod, etc.) Aswell as a 2nd spacer marked specifically for prowraps larger ID cones. This kit does not fit all cones, you maybe required to tape the arbors if you use offhand or unsupported brands of cones. You can always purchase additional arbors spacers by contacting me on our contact us page.
These carraiges are a labor of love. They have hours of assembly and hand fitting. If these are sold out it may delay an order a week to assemble a new one.
